For the fairy you need take the ring and the shield. Go sell on the market guy (don`t use your 110 coins you need it) after you buy the ach pot and go talk to the witch. After you go on the lake an the fairy apear. Good luck

The Aye pot only works if you purchase it after the fairy has asked for it. Once purchased you should return to the fairy and it should appear as an item in the top left of the screen (much like the herbs and sellable items).
