This is surprisingly addictive. Not even the sex parts, just in general. It`s pretty easy to manipulate the Reputation system, though, if you`re willing to spend entirely too much time on it. Get your Self-Defence up to 50 or 60, then keep entering and leaving the Strip Club to get in fights. Several hundred fights later, you`re in the Platinum Club.

Initial gameplay is a little slow and tedious but after a quick playthrough messing up everything just to experiment and find what doesn`t work the game becomes much faster. Thanks to the other posters on tips to get started!
