Nope, got to 10 1/2 hearts, but it won`t let me do anything else. Used all the toys in all the zones I can find (three of them, each breast and crotch). Nothing else will do anything.
Very disappointing, there`s no way to know what you`re supposed to be doing. I see comments about having multiple hands, but no inkling of how you`re supposed to do that. Very buggy, very unclear, very little feedback from the game itself.
Perhaps an english translation would help, but I think the game needs more than that.

Game was barely worth any time, if I didn`t read the comments and figure out that you could right-click to use toys to get more hearts, I would have given up.
