After questions touch certain parts long enough to build up heart energy, if it doesn`t grow while holding down the mouse button. Then you will have to move to another part. Best way is to press Tab while in the game, it will give you boxes on the areas you can touch.
Relatively easy game, just have to be a nice guy and not demand for sex on the questions. It`s a good game with nice animation, but like others have said, “NO audio and Censored parts” remember most Japanese flash games have censored private parts.
